BIOGRAPHY

My name is Tasharn Sanganoo, known by my nickname Tash. I was born and bred in London and have lived in Cardiff for around a year now. I am 25 years old with a passion for all things creative. My business is Tribal Empire Ltd run alongside my partner, we help with the important aspects of your business such as Social Media, Admin and Human Resources. Social Media Marketing is where my heart is at but I come from a multiskilled background of teaching, admin, customer service, events and much more.

Stepping out of my comfort zone is important to me. Recently I did my first speaking event in front of an audience to talk about social media and how to grow your account to attract leads. I am not shy to be in front of a crowd, I have been a DJ, walked in pageants, got my black belt, and modeled in the past. In my spare time you will catch me doing fun activities, growing my Tik Tok page on all things music and dancing and traveling the world.

The reason I decided to take part in this fun project is to carry on my streak of trying things new and stepping out of my comfort zone even further. As well as that, I want to showcase my business, capabilities and what I have to offer to Wales. I have learnt so much and have had amazing support from both Donna & Kim.

The media landscape in Wales could still use some work to improve on the community aspect, there has been some good aspects to it but with more collaboration with different cultures, it will be much more beautiful in terms of Wales being a cultural place to showcase amazing talents.

As part of the I Am Wales project, we had the opportunity to host a live radio broadcast on Radio Cardiff. This was aimed at complementing our visual voice and raising awareness or highlighting a topic of interest.

We underwent several training sessions at Radio Cardiff and were quickly thrown into the deep end.
